Banstead TKD December 2010 Students of the Month
December 2010 was a tough month for attendance, it’s always hard anyway with parties and Christmas / New Year but this year we had snow to contend with which made it more difficult to get to training. I only cancelled one night as a result of heavy snow, all other Wednesdays and Mondays in December were training as usual. Students of the Month for each class are:
Keiran – Tiny TKD’ers (4 – 6 year olds)
Keiran comes every week without fail, so does his big sister Chloe, but once Keiran even came when his sister was ill – he likes Tiny TKD so much he overcame the initial worry about going without his sister. Keiran performed so well in his grading, he got all the moves right and he got all his theory right – excellent seeing as he is the youngest in the class. Well Done Keiran.
James – Juniors (7 – 11 year olds). 2nd Month Running
James was Student of the Month in November and he’s been chosen in December too because he has made great progress and his attendance has been 100%. He’s developing powerful kicking and great movements and should be sitting his first TaeKwon-Do very soon. Well Done James.
Andy – Seniors (12 to adult)
100% attendance twice a week since he started at Banstead TaeKwon-Do in October 2010 is great commitment immediately and a great example to others. He’s there almost no matter what, even on the snow day we trained and he made it. Andy’s worked hard and sat his first grading on December 23rd which he passed with flying colours. Well Done Andy.
Well done to everyone and let’s make next month superb!
