Kettlebells are by no means the be-all-and-end-all of physical training equipment and styles, they are however (when used correctly) extremely versatile, simple, small, effective, efficient, safe to use and can improve your physical condition in short sharp training sessions.
I am running a 3 hour kettlebell technique workshop in Redhill, near Banstead, on January 22nd from 3 – 6 pm.

I am a fully qualified Level 1 Kettlebell Teacher through the IKFF certified directly by the President Steve Cotter. You will receive top quality instruction in the basics of kettlebell lifting, you’ll be able to used kettlebells safely in your own home or in your gym and know you’re getting maximum benefit from the time you put in. I provide kettlebells, you provide your own water and anything else you need to get through the session.
On this Level 1 Kettlebells for Conditioning Workshop near Banstead you’ll learn:
- an easy to remember joint mobility system
- full body dynamic warm up to prepare your body for training
- solid kettlebell fundamentals for conditioning
- swing and variations, clean and variations, press and variations
- the importance of correct breathing, pacing and working for time units
By working with kettlebells in your own time you’ll make improvements in:
- fitness
- strength
- endurance
- posture
- sleep
- relaxation
