Congratulations to Master Russell Dennis
On behalf of everyone at Banstead TaeKwon-Do I would like to congratulate Russell Dennis, our grading examiner and my instructor, on his promotion to 7th Degree Blackbelt and Master in ITF TaeKwon-Do.
Master Dennis travelled to the 62th International Instructors Course at Riccione in Italy and took part in 3 days of training over the weekend of April 29th – May 1st (Yes, even missing the Royal Wedding on TV). Here is a link to the ITF web site summarising the weekend:

The weekend after returning to the UK, Master Dennis ran his first grading for us as Banstead TaeKwon-Do under his new title as Master and I am glad to say that all Banstead Members performed very well even with the added pressure of being graded by a Master.
