Exercise, Energise and Excitement

If you watch anything performed with energy you get a good feeling about it and about the person or people performing. I know that to be able to give all your energy, mental and physical, in every single TKD class you attend is very hard (some days you might feel below par for whatever reason) but the majority of the time I’d like you to remember something that I remember from my colour belt training in the 90′s:

“If all you put in is a big fat ZERO, what do you expect to get out of it?”

Or to put it another way:

“You get out of this what you put in.”

I’m not looking for 100% all the time ;) but try to be energised, excited, have child like enthusiasm (not childish), and attack the activity head onĀ - GO FOR IT.

This video is not TaeKwon-Do related at all, however the performing obviously gave it 100% (and sped up the movement upon video editing) but it serves it’s purpose as todays Motivational Moment from Banstead TaeKwon-Do:

NOW, GET AFTER IT!
