Open Days & New TaeKwon-Do Martial Arts Classes for Banstead

So for two years now Banstead TaeKwon-Do Martial Arts and Self Defence has been going from strength to strength with happy students (often smiling even when being put through the rigours of martial arts bodyweight conditioning – am I right?) who have been progressing very well and developing martial art skills as well as useful life skills.
This Flyer provides an outline of what our Martial Arts classes concentrate on within the different age groups:

Martial Arts Open Days in Banstead
In September 2011 I am inviting you to come to any of our classes for a trial lesson, I am certain that after 1 free session you’ll be eager to get stuck in and come back for more. You can attend any of the age appropriate classes throughout September 2011 to have a go at TaeKwon-Do in Banstead with me, 3rd Degree Black Belt Instructor James Davis.
These Open Days are every Monday and Wednesday starting on Monday 5th September and the class times are highlighted at the bottom of this message.
TaeKwon-Do is a Positive Activity
If you’re a parent thinking that your children should be doing more of the right kind of activity rather than only hanging out with their mates or simply watching TV then I’d like to encourage you to bring your children along to my TaeKwon-Do classes in Banstead. We follow an established structured learning syllabus laid out by the International TaeKwon-Do Federation and there is a heavy slant on physical and mental conditioning and practical self defence.
If you’re a parent thinking that your children need more positive role models to follow then I’d like to encourage you again to bring your children along. TaeKwon-Do has a strong positive moral culture where we try to “Build A More Peaceful World” and a wonderful philosophy that can certainly help an unfocussed mind.
TaeKwon-Do is Great Value
If you are a Gym goer, you might be a little bored (perhaps) and looking for something new. I guarantee that coming to Banstead TaeKwon-Do you will get more value than you thought possible. As well as TaeKwon-Do Martial Art techniques you will learn an entire library of bodyweight conditioning and strength exercises to keep you interested and motivated for a lifetime. I challenge you to come and try TaeKwon-Do in Banstead.
